Returns & Refunds
At Little Oak Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Because our products are fulfilled through CJdropshipping, each return request is reviewed individually.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is significantly different from its description.
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Items ordered by mistake
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
Refunds
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by your payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered processing. Once fulfillment has begun, orders can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund whenever applicable.
