Returns
Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is significantly different from its description.
- The item is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant after the order has been placed.
- Minor differences in color due to screen settings.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return Request Period
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following:
- A replacement item.
- A partial refund.
- A full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Perishable goods (if applicable).
- Personal care products where hygiene regulations apply.
